Service Area
We sell and offer consultation services all across Canada. Our Ontario service area for repairs and installations is represented approximately by the shaded region in the map below. Service outside of this area may be possible in certain circumstances – contact us for details.

Installation
We offer a comprehensive, full service installation package within our service area. This package consists of:
- Installation to a prepared site (we provide recommended specifications to you for site preparation);
- Interior box labelling (black on white laminated tape);
- Keys sorted and prepared according to your requirements in sequenced, ready-to-distribute envelopes. The envelopes are stored in disposable cardboard boxes (standard) or a wallmountable key cabinet (optional).
- Laminated parcel tags for all parcel keys;
- A written key register of all key codes in the project;
- Co-ordination with Canada Post for crown lock installation; and,
- Courtesy extra lock provided for security rotation of locks if a tenant moves.
Lock & Other Repairs
Like anything else, mailboxes may require repairs or parts over time. This can cause considerable distress if parts aren’t immediately available, or repairs can’t be done quickly and reliably. That’s where we come in!
We have decades of experience in repairing all kinds of mailboxes, and maintain a wide inventory of parts so that the job is done as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a lock change, an alignment problem, or any other of the maladies that can afflict a mailbox, we can usually resolve the matter in short order.
Design & Consultation
We provide consultation services covering product selection, product design, and installation details. We recognize that not all projects are the same, and tailor our advice to your unique circumstances.
When you contact us about purchasing mailboxes, and we have a mutual understanding of your project’s details, we will typically provide you with a written, no-obligation quote complete with product details and line diagrams. If you are undecided about which solution you would prefer, our website provides specifications, dimensions, and pictures to help you make your decision. And of course, we are here to answer any questions you have.
For non-purchase inquiries, we are happy to answer brief queries at no charge. For more involved consultation, however, we do charge an hourly fee (a minimum of one hour).
